Get ready for a fun-filled weekend at the annual North Manchester Beer Festival hosted by Stand Cricket Club, scheduled for 12th-14th July. This year’s festival promises to be the biggest yet with an expanded selection of beers, ciders, wines, and local boutique small-batch gins.
The annual Beer and Gin Festival at Stand Cricket Club will feature an impressive line-up of local and national breweries and distilleries. They include: JW Lees, Brightside Brewing Company, Brewsmith Beer, Phoenix Brewery, Deeply Vale Brewery, Pomona Island Brewery, Hideaway Brewery, Marble Brewery and Red Bank Craft Ciders & Wines.
Festival overview and activities
The festival kicks off on Friday with junior cricket training sessions, live music and a variety of hot food options available throughout the evening.
Saturday promises more excitement with a cricket match featuring Stand CC 1st XI taking on Edenfield CC. The day will be filled with more delicious food and live music performances in the evening.
The festival atmosphere will continue with more live sport as the Sunday schedule includes plans for a friendly Ladies Cricket Exhibition Tournament. Details are to be confirmed. Additionally, the Euro ’24 final will be shown at the club.
